Bear Creek Condominiums are located on Route 30, 1 1/2 miles off the Stratton access rd. There are 42 townhouse units. We also have a pool, tennis courts, winter shuttle service to the mountain and a community fire pit.

There’s lots to do up here. The main activity in the wintertime is skiing up at Stratton. Stratton is a four season family resort that has lots to do. Click here http://stratton.com to see what’s going on up at the mountain. Outdoor activities include skiing, cross country and snowshoeing in winter. Biking, hiking, golf, tennis and much more in summer. All year long there are bands playing and many other activities
