Hello Bear Creek. In case you are new or have not met me…. I am the caretaker for the property. I have been working here for many years and love to do whatever I can to help my Bear Creek Family. Although I do much more, I have 5 primary job duties.

As the caretaker for Bear Creek, I am a Stratton employee. I am assigned to Bear Creek to be on site. My primary duties include;

  1. Trash
  2. Firewood
  3. Pool and tennis court
  4. Unit checks and “Open Ups”
  5. Owner Assistance

Any other needs will be referred to Stratton Management.- Ryan Graham – (802)297-4170)

Trash – I would like to remind everyone of a few basic guidelines that will greatly help me and save Bear Creek time and money

  1. Use the correct color bags! Clear for recyclables, Other for trash.
  2. Trash is collected on Thursday – Sunday at 2pm for dumpster empty on Monday AM.
  3. Please notify me at any other time and I will have it collected….even on my days off (Tues and Wed.)
  4. All trash should be inside of your closet in a a closed container. Please do not leave anything (diapers etc) on top of the can!
  5. Bears – It’s called “Bear Creek” They eat trash….

Dog Poop – Bear Creek currently has a dog restriction policy in it’s bylaws. We are however, a dog friendly community, but have guidelines…

  1. Dogs need to be on a leash at all times
  2. You must clean up after your pet
  3. There are three doggie bag and poop disposal stations around the property

Firewood – Your condo fees entitle you to firewood. It is stored in the wood barn next to the pool. I do my best top keep everone’s closet stocked. If youi need some on short notice, please call or text me!

Pool and Tennis. – Each morning I make sure the tennis courts and pool are ready to go.

Unit checks and “Open Ups” – Each Monday I do a physical check of every unit to check for water leaks, stoves on and anything else that might be out of the normal. I can turn on the heat and lights before your arrival as long as you give me some notice.

Owner Assistance – Stratton and The Bear Creek Board of Directors have authorized me to help any owner for up to 15 minutes (move a couch, change a battery, lockout, jump start etc). Any other needs (broken pipes etc) must be handled by Stratton Management
