– Pool hours: 9:00 A.M. to dusk, every day during summer season (start and end of season as designated by Bear Creek)
– No diving
– No running or rough play inside pool fence
– No animals allowed inside pool fence (service animals excepted)
– No smoking inside pool fence
– No glass of any sort inside pool fence
– Children under age 14 and/or under 4’ require active supervision by a person over age 18
– All swimmers must shower before entering the pool, and be free of lotions, oils, and/or perspiration
– Anyone with a communicable disease, visibly infectious condition, cuts, or open sores is prohibited from using the pool
– Swim diaper and swimsuit required for infants
– Remove all chairs, floats / toys, and personal belongings when leaving the pool
– Pool is for Bear Creek owners, tenants, and guests only
– Bear Creek reserves the right to ask any person to leave the pool area for any reason in Bear Creek’s discretion or for inappropriate behavior, including appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
